HARRY WALLER AT THE CANAAN DEPOT MAIN STREET RAILROAD CROSSING
The late Harry Waller enjoyed railroad life and the railroad men which were an important part of Canaan’s activity for many years. For some time, he worked as a “night hustler” in the Central New England Railroad Yards, servicing a half dozen or more “Iron Horses” which were kept in Canaan. Later he worked around the Canaan Railroad Station. Photo from Allyn Fuller Collection. News article from Connecticut Western News May 29, 1969. Courtesy Falls Village-Canaan Historical Society.
